Because you have chosen an exclusive hotel product and hotels usually order a large number of mattresses, which are then produced after the order. As a partner of the hotel suppliers we can also map this process for the production of individual items - but here too the following applies: The mattress is produced after the order.

The delivery of your new mattress is free of shipping costs within Germany. If you wish a delivery outside of Germany, shipping costs arise which you can see directly in the shopping cart. The delivery is made by our experienced shipping partner.
Your body needs some time to get used to the new mattress. Likewise, the mattress needs some time to get used to the new conditions, such as the room temperature. Take your time and be sure to sleep on your new mattress for several days. You have 30 days to get used to the mattress.
If you still decide to return your new mattress within 30 days of delivery, please use our returns portal. We will instruct our shipping team to arrange a pick-up date with you. In most cases, the mattresses are delivered dimensionally stable in full size (not rolled). Therefore it must be ensured that the mattress can be transported to the desired location on your premises by our forwarding team. In case of doubt, we recommend using two individual mattresses and a continuous topper above them.
