This is how a return works
You may return all items, including the original sealed care products, to us within 30 days. Mattresses and toppers may be unpacked but show no signs of use. With the return label we provide, your package return will always go to the correct address - even free of charge from Germany. Shipping charges apply for returns, which are listed below. Credit will be issued within 14 days after we receive the package.
If you received your product by DHL, Hermes, UPS, GLS or DPD, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Register return
Please use the return form. Alternatively download the form for revocation, print it and send it to Interdependence GmbH.
Step 2
Get a return label
You will receive an email from our service team with the link to the return label and further information.
Step 3
Return item
Pack the item and drop it off at a nearby DHL acceptance point. Please include the delivery bill or invoice in your return package.
Step 4
Receive refund
As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, we will refund the purchase price. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
If you received your product from a freight forwarder, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Register return
Please use the return form for shipping goods. Please note: The right of withdrawal does not exist according to § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB for contracts for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs (configuration of a box spring bed).
Collection curbside
The shipping company will pick up the goods at your doorstep. The goods must be properly packed. The following costs will be incurred:
Zone 1 - Germany
The collection of the goods at the curbside will be charged to the customer with 85,00 €.
Zone 2 - Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria
The collection of the goods by a shipping company at the curbside will be charged to the customer with 99,00 €.
Zone 3 - Denmark, France, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia
The collection of the goods by a shipping company at the curbside will be charged to the customer with 199,00 €.
Step 2
Pack article
Please pack the item carefully so that the shipping company can pick it up and transport it safely. Please note that the items are properly packed and arrive clean. Any soiling due to inadequate packaging, we must claim as depreciation.
Special instructions for mattresses & toppers
For hygienic reasons, we can only pick up mattresses and toppers that are packed in foil and cardboard, as our logistics staff must not come into direct contact with the product. Therefore, please pack everything in foil and cardboard before collection. You can use the foil and cardboard in which your product was delivered.
Step 3
Arrange forwarding appointment
After you have properly packed the mattress, please inform us of a possible pick-up date. On this day, the shipping company will collect the goods from you between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Step 4
Receive refund
As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, we will refund the purchase price minus the return costs. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order.
Important notice
Returns to a different address or unannounced returns lead to additional expenses which we charge with a handling fee of 15 €.
