Selected minerals, ground into the finest powder, form the basis for the extraordinary finish of Regeneration: we have known and appreciated the minerals, among others from the group of silicon dioxides, as "silica" for a long time. In an innovative process developed by the US technology company Hologenix, these minerals are incorporated into the core of the fibre. The highlight: these mineralised fibres react to heat! They absorb your body heat, transform it into infrared energy and reflect it back to your body. This infrared energy is particularly soothing and has a strong relaxing effect. This is because its warmth penetrates deeper into our body tissues than, for example, classic heating warmth. The effect: the blood vessels dilate. This increases the local blood circulation and oxygen supply - your cells regenerate faster. In a US study, the test sleepers had on average 18.3 minutes longer deep sleep phases and their sleep efficiency increased by 2.6 %.
