The delivery time of your new mattress is in most cases a maximum of 25 working days. You will find the exact delivery time directly above next to the article. The mattresses are produced according to your order and have not been in stock for years. This affects the quality of the mattresses, so that they do not have any one-sided stresses due to long storage periods. However, this is why the delivery takes time.
Our hotel mattresses are only produced exclusively for you on order. Because you have chosen an exclusive hotel product and hotels usually order a large number of mattresses, which are then produced after the order. As a partner of the hotel suppliers we can also map this process for the production of individual items - but here too the following applies: The mattress is produced after the order.
The big advantage: This has an effect on the quality, as our mattresses do not have any one-sided stresses due to long storage times.
The delivery of your new mattress is free of shipping costs within Germany. If you wish a delivery outside of Germany, shipping costs arise which you can see directly in the shopping cart. The delivery is made by our experienced shipping partner.
Your body needs some time to get used to the new mattress. Likewise, the mattress needs some time to get used to the new conditions, such as the room temperature. Take your time and be sure to sleep on your new mattress for several days. You have 30 days to get used to the mattress.
If you still decide to return your new mattress within 30 days of delivery, please use our returns portal. We will instruct our shipping team to arrange a pick-up date with you. The mattress will then be picked up from you. We will bear the costs for curbside pickup within Germany. If you would like a pickup in your bedroom, you can add this service to the returns portal. The right mattress is the basis for good sleep. The main distinction is made according to the type of mattress, such as barrel pocket spring core mattresses, foam mattresses or bonell spring core mattresses. The hardness of the mattress also plays a role in the lying character. You can find your perfect mattress with our mattress guide.
In most cases, the mattresses are delivered dimensionally stable in full size (not rolled). Therefore it must be ensured that the mattress can be transported to the desired location on your premises by our forwarding team. In case of doubt, we recommend using two individual mattresses and a continuous topper above them.

What does healthy sleep cost me?
After how many years is it necessary to change the mattress? TÜV Rheinland advises to change the mattress after 8 years. If you calculate what the right mattress and thus healthy sleep costs per day, you come to a very small value, which, however, has a great impact on your own health.
General questions about the delivery
The shipping costs depend on the desired product and manufacturer. You will find the shipping costs for each item directly at the product. For shopping carts that consist of items from different manufacturers, shipping costs may be multiple - you will see the shipping costs totaled in any case on the way to checkout before you complete your order.
You can find the delivery times directly on the product page. These vary depending on the ordered product. Directly after your order you will receive an order confirmation. Here you can also see the delivery time under each ordered product.
You can enter your voucher code in the shopping cart or in the order overview. Here you will find the field "Do you have a voucher?". Enter your voucher code here. The discount will be deducted directly in the overview and the voucher will be listed.
