The Feather Topper ensures a high point elasticity
The 100% feathers filling provides exclusive pressure relief. It optimally adapts to the body and relaxes the muscles. It is surrounded by a very comfortable cover made of 100% cotton.
Features of the hotel topper
The color is white and is ca. 5 cm high. You can wash the cover at up to 95°C and also be tumble dried. For maximum freshness and hygenics when sleeping. By using the 4 elastic bands, the topper always stays in position. This topper offers an exclusive improvement of the sleeping experience.
The processed down and feathers are washed in lime-free mountain spring water from the Bavarian Forest and heated in a steam dryer over 120°C. When leaving the house, the feathers and down are dusted off, sterilized, refined and odorless and are therefore considered hypoallergenic with a turbidity of > 1000+ mm and an oxygen number. The highest quality raw materials and also cotton fabrics come from European countries and are selected responsibly and under strict quality criteria, always with sustainability in mind. Purchases are made only by the family itself from farmers with whom they have long-standing business relationships. For our finely woven down-proof (if necessary feather- or fiber-proof) cover fabrics, we only use cotton of selected provenances, whose growth takes place under optimal climatic conditions. Gentle harvesting of the mature cotton blossoms, careful further processing up to the spinning process ensures uniform Mako yarn qualities of high quality. The further processing of natural cotton qualities, i.e. unbleached and untreated, differs considerably from conventionally produced fabrics from an ecological point of view. Only natural auxiliaries are used for the necessary processes and the reinforcement of the yarns for the stresses and strains of weaving is provided by natural potato starch, which is also naturally converted into a sugar solution by enzymatic microorganisms and washed out without residue. In the following process the fabric is dried and mechanically homogenized without any form of bleaching, dyes or optical brighteners. The fabrics technically finished with a hydrotransport system without chemical additives allow a considerably higher and faster absorption and release of moisture. This active moisture transfer promotes a healthy dry sleeping climate and thus supports an undisturbed, restful sleep.

After washing with fresh spring water and drying in the air stream, the germ- and dust-free selected down is filled into the beds in the ultra-modern filling plant. Ecologically grown cotton is processed and gently refined for the blankets and pillows. This results in fabrics of incomparably soft feel and noble appearance that meet the highest environmental standards.
