Flame-resistant Bonell innerspring mattress with the hardness grade 2
The support of the Bonell innerspring mattress consists of a high-quality and flame-resistant Jacquarddrell with a wave quilting of a PES wadding. In addition, there is a circumferential edging tape on the top and bottom sides. The sides are fixed by multi-needle quilting with two turning pockets each. Thus, the mattress can be turned over without any problems. Under the mattress is a foam pad, which provides a comfortable lying feeling. The extra strong thermofilm mat under the foam pad, is a supportive feature. The spring system consists of a 4-speed, compensated Bonell disc spring core with approx. 108 springs per m². For stability, the mattress is enclosed by a circumferential wire or band steel frame.
The steel strip frame is an all-round reinforcement of the spring core. We install it in the middle of the spring core or on the upper and lower edges of the spring core. The steel strip frame stabilizes the innerspring core in the zones of the mattress that are subject to particular stress. It provides increased edge strength and thus increases the service life of the mattress.
